Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has a stunning setting with beautiful landscaping and great amenities. The staff was overall pleasant and accommodating, but I found the dining experience to be quite disappointing and not up to par with expectations for a resort. The facilities are decent but could use some upkeep, especially in the dining area. While the room was nice, I expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness and modernity given the price we paid.
I had a wonderful time during my stay, the surroundings were breathtaking and the amenities were plentiful, making it a perfect retreat. The staff was attentive, especially Micheal, who really went out of his way to enhance our experience. However, there were some hiccups during check-in and checkout related to communication regarding room charges, which left me feeling a bit unsettled. Additionally, we encountered some issues with our initial room that could use improvements, but overall, it was a memorable trip with a great focus on relaxation.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The adult-only pool was a lovely retreat, and I found the restaurant's food to be excellent, especially my meals at Epazote. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness protocols and the unexpected resort charges. The walk to the main area was quite steep, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
My recent stay at the resort left me feeling mixed. While the grounds and pool area were lovely and family-friendly, my room was quite dark and outdated. Service at the pool could be slow, and some dining options were on the pricier side without being exceptional. Overall, it’s a decent choice for families, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway.
I recently spent a few days at this resort, and it was a mix of highs and lows. The views were gorgeous, and the grounds were beautifully maintained, but some aspects felt a bit neglected, and the dining options were limited during our stay. While I appreciated the spaciousness of the junior suite, it did show signs of age with outdated decor. Overall, it's a decent choice, but I might consider other resorts nearby for my next visit.
